Private Outlander Starter Tour

Service Description

Our starter package is perfect if your short on time. In less than half a day we will take you door- to- door from Edinburgh in your own private vehicle to the unmissable Outlander fan destination Midhope Castle better known to outlander fans as Lallybroch. We will drop you off in the car park at the bottom of the driveway, from there you can take your time wandering up towards the building. Absorbing the atmosphere, it really is as though you have stepped back in time. Take time for perfect photo opportunities under the arch, in front of the building and of course sitting on the front doorstep. When you have soaked it all in we will continue our Outlander adventure along the road to Blackness Castle where you can expect to spend around 60 minutes taking photos of the site used as Fort William for the show where Jamie is flogged by Black Jack Randall. You can also enjoy the view of the beautiful coastline and iconic forth bridges from here and soak in the history of the castle. We will then return to your destination in Edinburgh. Leaving you to enjoy all your memories of your day. All packages include Free WI-FI in the vehicle for your trip, along with bottled water. All tours will include entry to Midhope ONLY. Approximate time : 3hours 30 minutes £199 for up to 4 people with an Edinburgh pickup/drop off only. Other drop off/pick up locations are available on request. This may be subject to additional charge. Please get in contact for a quote. We require a deposit of 20% of the full balance, payable on confirmation of booking. Your booking will be held for 48 hours and payment link will be sent for deposit if not paid then date and time will be reopened to availability. If you need to cancel your tour after booking, we will need 24 hours’ notice for a full refund. Midhope castle may restricted access due to being a private estate if there an issue with you selected date we will contact and arrangements will be made for a new date.
